내용 | Our client is an established Fund Management Company, headquartered in Singapore. They are currently looking for a Office Manager Assistant to join their fast growing team. Responsibilities: ● To assist the Office Manger in Administrative work ● Managing of executives’ schedules and setting up meetings with internal and external stakeholders ● Making travel accommodation arrangements ● Preparing and organizing presentation materials and management memos ● Taking minutes during meetings ● To act as the key point of contact among executives, employees, customers and external partners. ● Communicating and scheduling events with Korean counterparts ● Ensuring smooth administrative work in the office Requirements: ● Bachelors' Degree ● Fluency in Korean ● Proficiency in English would be highly desirable ● Only for Singaporeans & Permanent Residents ● Basic MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint ● Strong communication skills ● Strong organizational skill with an eye for detail ● Excellent in time management and work prioritization *Please kindly attached a English version of your resume as well. |
