내용 | 안녕하세요. Korean dessert cafe 아이스랩에서 함께 할 직원을 찾습니다. 현재 Bugis Village / Changi Jewel에 매장이 있고, 7월에 오차드 Far East 점 오픈 예정입니다. 많은 관심 부탁드립니다. Assistant Manager/ Manager § Minimum 5 years of F&B experience with supervisor or assistant manager experience; § General management and oversight of the stationed outlet; § Regularly review and manage costs, including labor and supply costs; § Implement strategies to achieve sales target and take measures to control costs and wastage for overall business margin improvement; § Ensure service and operational excellence through effective implementation of system and training; § Oversees outlet equipment and property management and maintenance; § Ensure outlet reports on inventory, sales, staff and customer feedback are promptly submitted; § Support marketing campaigns and implement relevant activities or event related operational requirements at outlet level; § Ensure that business operation is fully aligned and consistent with the company’s direction, strategy and priorities. § Comply and implement all company SOPs; § Ensuring full compliance with any applicable compliance requirements, including food safety regulations and other NEA’s (National Environmental Agency) policies, regulations and/or rules; § Processing customer orders accurately to ensure that all orders are prepared and served promptly; § Ensuring setup and clear down of the front and back of café/restaurant operations; § Ensuring full compliance with any applicable food safety regulations including NEA’s (National Environmental Agency) policies, regulations and/or rules; § Attending to customers’ needs and enquiries; § Any other work of an Assistant Manager who is fully entrusted with a restaurant or café business.
Service Staff § Minimum 2 years of F&B experience; § Comply and implement SOPs; § Ensuring full compliance with any applicable compliance requirements, including food safety regulations and other NEA’s (National Environmental Agency) policies, regulations and/or rules; § Ensure service and operational excellence; § Processing customer orders accurately to ensure that all orders are prepared and served promptly; § Ensuring setup and clear down of the front and back of café/restaurant operations; § Ensuring full compliance with any applicable food safety regulations including NEA’s (National Environmental Agency) policies, regulations and/or rules; § Attending to customers’ needs and enquiries; Any other work of a Service Staff who is fully entrusted with a restaurant or café business. |
