We are looking to hire passionate individuals with a strong interest in events and project management.

What You'll Be Doing

• Planning, management, and delivery of diverse projects including conferences, virtual, hybrid and live events, road shows, promotions, exhibitions, and summits

• Space marketing, exhibition hall operation and maintenance

• Preparing proposals and presentations to clients

• Participating in brainstorming sessions, to generate ideas for clients

• Ideate new ways to enhance events and make them more successful

• Start-to-finish project management, including client liaison, project planning, budget management, project timeline, supplier coordination, management of internal resources and integration of digital products

• Overseeing the set-up and production of events, managing suppliers and contractors

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and helping to bring in new business from existing and new clients

• Compiling post-event reports

What You Bring & Required Skills

• At least 3 to 5 years of event management experience

• Strong experience delivering in-person, virtual and hybrid events

• Worked on a mix of projects, i.e. exhibitions, seminars, product launches, promotions, live events, conferences, etc - not just one type of event

• Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)

• Strong communication skills, especially when communicating with clients

• Proposal preparation and presentation experience

• Able to travel overseas for work if necessary

• Korean language ability will be a bonus
