롯데건설 싱가포르지사에서 아래와 같이 Assistant Marketing Manager 채용하고자 합니다.

1. Job Description

• Obtaining upcoming and/or potential projects information
• Building strong strategic relationships with clients, contractors, architects, developers and vendors
• Researching the new tenders / projects and developing the strategies in order to get building and redevelopment projects
• Analyzing market news, trends, local law and regulations in construction, building, real estate, redevelopment and making report regularly
• Other related matters with relation to business development inclusive of tendering and signing contracts with Clients
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Director, Chief Representative and Manager
• 
  

2. Qualification 

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Building Engineering
• Min 3 years of similar experience in construction business including architecture firm or general contractor is required
• Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated individual who is able to multi-task and stay focus on business objectives
• Singapore Citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) only

3. 근무조건

   1) 시간: 평일 오전8시 30분 ~ 오후 6시 (주5일 근무)

   2) 급여: SGD 4,000 ~ SGD 4,500
