RINCOS is a IT-based logistics company where provides one-stop CBT services including global cargo logistic solution, international CBT transpiration, eCommerce connected fulfillments service, IT solution, and more. We are currently providing services to 1,600+ clients and built global network to cater various logistics demand over the world. 

[Job Summary]

•   Manage orders and monitor daily deliveries

•   Strategically plan and track shipments according to customer requirements & KPI

•   Communicate with clients and end-customers closely to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction

•   Conduct daily and ad hoc reports for upper management in timely and accurate manner

•   Support basic admin tasks such as issuing monthly invoices

•   Support sales division with data analysis

[Qualifications]

•   Bachelor's degree

•   1+ year of experience in customer service or logistics management is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome as well

•   Willing to work in a fast-paced environment

•   Advanced knowledge in excel, word, and PPT 

•   Fluent in English and Korean to communicate with partners and Korean management team
