Responsibilities:
Ensure successful commissioning of home or office smart solution, audio-visual systems in accordance with company’s standards, quality control and best practices.
Core Responsibilities:
1) Installation, Configuring and Commissioning
· Prepare and schedule the installation according to the customer expected dates.
· Install of the AV and HiFi equipment according to the agreed design plan.
· Able to perform simple network setup, access points, cctv etc
· Conduct testing and commissioning of audio-visual systems in accordance to SAV’s standards and best practices
· Conduct onsite and offsite staging of AV systems
· Generate testing and commissioning
· Configure video conferencing system
· Keep abreast of latest knowledge of AV products
· Project Handover and Post-Sales Support
2) Conduct end-user training
· Generate project equipment information related to project for post-Sales support
· Provide technical assistance to post-Sales
Requirement:
· Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Audio-Visual or Information Technology or Electronics
· At least 3 year’s experience in the AV industry in an end-user, manufacturer, or system integrator environment
· Preferably familiar with any of the following products: smart home setup, Video conference systems, wireless display solution, interactive solution
· Good general knowledge of AV technologies - CTS accredited preferred
· Good knowledge of audio setup (e.g. signal flow management) a must
· Experience in professional audio products (e.g. mixer, speaker systems, audio processing) required
· Basic knowledge of video equipment (e.g. TV, projector) an advantage
· Knowledge of programming, computer networking solution an advantage
· Positive attitude, flexible, open mindset, customer-focused mindset
· Team player and good time management expected
· Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
· Proficient in written and spoken English
· Possess Class 3 driving license
