Job Description

At Quintessential we owe our success to the efficiency of our organizational processes.  

To help maintain and grow this standard, we are looking for a dedicated and talented addition to our team to assist operations in various processes, with a focus on both Korean.  As an ideal candidate, you should have a sharp business mind and proven experience assisting multiple departments toward maximum productivity.  You should be skilled in marketing, enquiries, customer management, finance.  Additionally, you should display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within your team. 

1. Operations Management and Book-keeping

2. Workflow Process Innovation and Quality Management

3. Admin, Enquiries and Customer Management

4. Marketing

Skills and Qualifications

- Native Korean competency and communicate and writing in English 

- Book-keeping and operations management position

- Excellent ability to undertake administrative responsibilities and customer management

- Knowledge of general business software and attitude to learn new applications;   Microsoft        office(Word,Excel,Outlook)

- Basic Marketing skills

- Finance and accounting reporting skills. 

근무시간: 오전 10시-오후 7시 (경우에 따라 조절 가능)

위치: 오차드 

비자: 영주권자, 시민권자.
