The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically deploying every aspects of the social media marketing road map. Social media specialists should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. You are responsible for developing and translating content in your native language, joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective clients. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree • Social expert (must submit personal portfolio) • Intensive knowledge and proven-record experience in creating, managing and growing community with own hands • Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability • Should be able to communicate in English properly Responsibility : • Manage Forex trading community and make it grow • Manage editorial calendar and execute • Be point person for Korea social media management • Be Creative and resourceful to make social media great value for business • Engage with all social interaction and moderate into positive conversation • Keep monitor social conversation through social listening to find opportunity and threat • Manage social lead generation and nurturing • Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes • Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach Please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail or phone for any questions you may have.
