내용 | Job Description: -Receive customer maintenance faults or inquiries & support client via email, call, or electronically logging system in an appropriate manner -Initiate actions to create system generate trouble case & forwoard to appropriate party via Management system -Provide regular status updates & communicaion to customers throughout the life of the fault & until satisfactory resolution of problem & case closure -Determine case type of an IT nature and route enquiries to next level resolution Requirements: -Good English skills both in written & spoken -Experience in call centre, service center, or logistics environment preferred -Customer facing experience advantageous -Strong basic computer skills essential -Good communication-written & verbal & strong interpersonal & negotiation skills -EP applicable Interested candidates, pls send your resume in MS word format to younghoo_chung@kellyservices.com.sg or call Young at 6221 0487 |
