| 내용 | Customer Support Engineer •Provides technical customer support through phone and email communications to our customers in Korea. This position is based in Singapore •Communicates with customers, troubleshoots issues, reviews scripts generated by our software and delivers solutions and workarounds •Prioritizes and follows-up with customer requests.
