Tour Co-ordinator

-Handle incoming tour related sales for inbound and outbound travel via email, phone call or walk in.

-Assists with contract and package updating using excel or words

-Handle all potential sales from enquiry, invoicing and operation (liasing with suppliers)

-Update package/airfare promotion in website (using cPanel)

-Follow up of payment from clients and to suppliers

-Basic flyer designing with words, excel and powerpoint

-Basic GDS knowledge (Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus)

-Liasing with IT vendors for troubleshooting
