| 내용 | Our client is a leading provider of global supply chain management solutions and they are on a lookout for a highly dynamic individual to join them as Customer Service Representative. Job Description ; Provide excellent customer service in a technical environment, this includes: Handling customers enquiries and complaints via telephone, email or web. Validating customers entitlement, log problems and give appropriate response.
