Commercial Operator

-  Min. 3 years of working experience in the (petro)chemical industry in a trading environment, handling operations/logistics

-  Knowledge in order processing: review of purchase & sales contracts; collection of information to support commercial negotiations; interaction with surveyors, shipping agents

-  Knowledge in chartering of chemical and gas ships. Monitor and follow the shipping flows. Efficient liasion with Owners, Broker, Trader, etc.

-  Knowledge in letters of credit administration: opening and vetting of import/export letters of credit; invoicing; accurate preparation of supporting documentations for letter of credits negotiations with banks

-  Knowledge in shipping documents preparation (Packing List, BL, Invoices, Permits, Insurance, Export permit and etc)

-  Providing necessary support to the company’s traders and customers to ensure an efficient and smooth process

-  Support of the company’s finance department with regard to collection of payments
