Responsibility:-

• Must be able to travel to construction site to gather data and consult with builders and architects, to collect data regarding equipment or to other job site where CAD drawings will be used.
• Monitors compliance with building codes throughout the construction process.
• Reviews engineering data to ensure compliance with the original design plans.
• Modifies existing drawings.
• Accuracy and effectiveness in electronic drafting.
• Coordinate filling, storage and retrieval of both manual and electronic drawings.
• Maintain, support and operate associated plotters and printers.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal oversight.
• Explain drawing to construction teams and engineers to provide adjustments as necessary.
• Interpret specifications.
• Review completed construction drawing and cost estimates for accuracy and conformity to standards and regulations.

Requirement:-

• Must be familiar with shop drawing
• Min Degree in Building Management or Construction Management (Civil Engineering or equivalent)
• Ability to work in dynamic environment and adapt to frequent project changes
• Familiar with CAD Technology
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Good communication skills
• Team player with good inter-personal skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must have knowledge in 3D modeling, Revit and Micro station
• Possess Business Information Modelling knowledge
