The details are as follows: Job Requirement: Korean National / Singapore Permanent Resident. Strong command of spoken & written English and Korean. Experience in Call Centre or Service Centre environment required or equivalent direct job experience. Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent. (Those without IT educational qualifications but with relevant IT experience will be considered). Advanced level of computer literacy on hardware and software. Experience in providing technical or information to Notebook & PDA end-uders over the telephone, internet, email, faxes or mail.
