Responsibilities:

• To undertake Self inspection checks at the prescribed frequency along with periodic reporting to local management and Head Office

• To handle complaints handling and its related reporting to local management and Head office

• To manage and coordinate for training program for the marketing units

• To take charge of coordinating, recording and circulating the minutes of monthly Pre OCC meetings

• To handle/ manage adopting or proposing new Self inspection checks and hand holding other units/ teams (as the need arises)

• To take charge of matters pertaining to local risk and data management and perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline with at least 2 years of Financial sector experience (preferably in audit/data analysis & reports/ self-inspection)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel and Power point)

• Fluency in English is essential. Attention to detail and meticulous are requisite skills

• Good oral and written communication skills

Team player and ability to work independently
