Description:

In this position, you_'ll be part of a team that handles customer calls. Your primarily responsibilities would be for sales and marketing enquiries. You_'ll act as First Contact liaison between customers/distributors and (department), learning all about pre/post sales customer/distributor services, and how to provide administrative solutions and query resolutions, efficiently and effectively. You would have to take ownership of customer_'s problems and work in partnership with various team to resolve it. 

To excel in the job, the candidate should have the following: 

- Proficient in Korea language
- Friendly, polite personality
- Excellent communication skills interms of speaking and writing.
- Ability to build customer relationships 
- Ability to understand customer_'s needs and show emphathy when handling customer_'s issues 
- Problem Solving skills 
- Good interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy: Microsoft applications. 

This position is located in Singapore.
