Junior/Senior Lead Generation Specialist Needed – Part Time/Full Time

Lead Generation JD:

• Participate in various types of outbound tele-prospecting campaigns
• Interview C level, Decision Makers to extract and understand their business requirements
• Deliver tangible results and meet KPI/targets in a timely manner
• Work with APAC team to understand and share best practices
• Provide business intelligence with market insights and industry/trend analysis

• Native Korean
• Fluent in English
• College/Tertiary/University Degree candidate preferred
• For Senior role, minimum 2 years’ experience in telemarketing with a deep understanding of Tele nurture, lead identification and qualification
• IT-B2B experience necessary
• Dealing with IT customers/ IT background
• Proven determination to succeed
• Self-motivated to work beyond the traditional 9-6 in a challenging role (full time - longer working hours may be required if project demands urgent delivery to client)
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge in MS Excel
• SFDC experience preferred
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
