| 내용 | 안녕하세요 현재 미국 MNC에서 Help desk에서 근무할 한국인 network engineer를 두분 찾고 있습니다. 한국고객을 상대로한 help desk이기 때문에 다른 engineer들과 대화할수 있는정도의 영어실력을 가지고 계시면 도전해볼수 있습니다. Cisco에 관한 technical knowledge를 가지고 계신분이나 network에 관한 경험이 있으시면 됩니다. 근무지는 싱가폴 Science Park 이며 급여는 SGD4,000입니다. 경력과 qualification에 따라 급여는 조정 가능합니다. 자세한 job description과 requirement는 다음과 같습니다. 회사에대한 자세한 정보는 글 마지막에 첨부되어 있습니다. The Job - To proactively manage and monitor network performance on customers network round the clock(7x24) to meet customers Service Level expectations - To systematically analyse and diagnose network faults - Conduct root cause analysis on network fault - To effectively manage service providers and equipment vendors - To articulate well with customers technical and management staff on network issues (eg. Fault reporting, statusing and escalation) The Person - Fresh Graduate or Diploma holder with minimum 1 year related experience in telecommunications industry or WAN will also be considered. - CCNA & CCNP certifications are highly desirable, other certification are optional - strong hands-on experience in managing WAN networks and Cisco routers & switches Strong technical knowledge in WAN/LAN networking - Strong technical knowledge of telecommunication products and services (eg. Private Leased line, VSAT, X.25, Frame Relay, ATM, MPLS and ISDN-BRI & PRI) - Good understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DLSW, SNMP. - Working knowledge of network Element Management System (eg. HP Openview, Node-Manager, SNMP traps, Spectrum and CiscoWork) - Basic Knowledge of UNIX and C++ will be an advantage. - Independent, self-driven and highly customer focused - Must be speaks English and Korean. - Preferably Singaporean or Permanent residence The selected candidate is required to work rotating shifts.
