To handle customer call in for TV technical support. 2. To arrange on site service despatch. 3. To prepare customer needed reports per schedule. 4. To upload customer orders into system. 5. To process customer orders - RMA request reply. 6. To assist Program / Engineering Dept to maintain the BOM and ECN files from customer. 7. To provide other general paper work and administrative support needed. <Account Executive> Working Hours: 8.30am -6.00pm (Mon- Fri) Report to: Account/ Program Manager Job Requirement: • Dip/ Degree holder in and discipline • Excellent spoken & written in English & Korean • Strong communication & interpersonal skills • Good track record in customer services is preferred (Customer-Oriented) • Etiquette in handling customers phone call • Aggressive, self-motivated, possess initiative, and able to work under pressure • Candidate must be Singapore PR and able to start work within short notice Responsibilities: • Be a problem solver, entrusted with handling customers’ enquiries and feedback to achieve win-win situation • Managing various customer’s orders in the various internal system • To generate weekly / monthly customer report • Play an integral role in communicate the needs and enquiries about the repair progress between customers and internal operation team • To coordinate and prepare with internal member for customers visit and audit • Responsible to monitor the progress of customers order / PO/ Quotation/ Contracts • To assist Account/ Program Manager in any ac-hoc enquiries 관심있으신 분들은 sklee@r-logic.com 로 영문 이력서를 보내시고, ken@r-logic.com 를 참조에 넣으시기 바랍니다. 뭉치 |
