Responsibilities: - Handle for customer order processing, internal/external customer communication handling and product information generation. - Track and report customer service measures to achieve the performance goal. - Liaise with Japan counterparts such as wholesalers, distributors and retailers. Requirements: Requirements: - Minimum Diploma in any field. - Proficient in Korean and English. - Preferably working experience especially in Freight/Shipping/Logistics/Procurement or equivalent. - Experience in Customer Service Center is an added advantage. - Able to work indepedently as wel as in a team.
