Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

• Provide professional services to customer
• Handle customers' enquiries
• Perform any other work related tasks or projects as assigned
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.

Requirement:

• GCE 'O' Level/Diploma in any discipline
• Singaporean, Singapore Citizen, Dependant Visa Holder Only. 
• At least 1 year experience 
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Experience in customer service
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Proficient in MS Office
