| 내용 | Our client, an US based MNC in Novena is urgently seeking for suitable candidates for the following position. Korean Speaking Customer Service Logistics Coordinator (1 year Contract) Job Description: Customer Service Logistics Coordinator is responsible for Total Order Management. Responsibilities includes: Total Order Management Ownership of the replenishment cycle (order through delivery, invoicing and payment) for assigned customers. Processing customer orders (some via electronic data interchange with our customers). Process improvements with customers to improve their ability to build efficient stocks and streamline the order management process. Handling customer calls and inquiries. Accounts Receivables Responsible for outstanding receivables and adjustments Process improvements with customers – i.e. reduction of receivables and adjustments Contribute to overall department goals – i.e. reducing adjustments, receivables, etc (flexible to work adjustments) Project/Improvement work: Work with country Logistics and Sales organization in rolling out Logistics improvements Support Sales roll-out of product initiatives with your customer Work system improvement includes a number of System Owner roles for key system/work processes. Qualification: Tertiary education is preferred Working experience is preferred. Native proficiency in Korean language (spoken, reading & writing) Able to use a Korean keyboard Basic to intermediate PC skills (Word and Excel) Eligibility for Employment Pass Requirements: Able to work independently as well as in a team. Excellent oral & written communication and problem solving skills Able to interact comfortably with all levels of people Fast turnaround in work Good follow through.
