Customer Service Executive

The Client

This leading international manufacturer of automotive parts is looking to expand their 

operations in the Asia Pacific region. They are currently looking for capable and dedicated 

individuals to join them as a Customer Service Executive. 

The Position

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare quotation and order processing, as well as their follow-up

• Administration of all data for the assigned customers

• Customer care – correspondence and active communication with the customers

• Support activities for preparation and finishing of customer visits/business trips

• Create reports and analysis

• Presence at trade fairs and events

The Candidate

Other requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain and logistics or business with at least 3 years of 

related experience

• Consolidated knowledge in MS-Office, Navision is beneficial

• Highly motivated and team player

• Knowledge of the automotive industry is beneficial
