Position: Reginal Compensation & Benefit Executive

Department: Reginal Human Resource Team

Location: Singapore


Responsiblity

-. Responsibe for Reginal Compensation & Benefit Function
   : Performance Management, Compensation, Benefit etc

-. Expatriate Payroll & Benefit Management

-. Presenation & Report Support for Reginal HR Team Leader & VP

-. Followig up with 12 Countries to maintain HR Data and Analysis

-. Interpretation Work from English to Korean / Korean to English

-. Supporting HQ to follow up the variable issues requested

Requirement

-. Bachelor Degree. HR Experence is preferred (NOT MANDATORY)

-. An Enthusiastic, motivated, flexible and adaptable team player you are well able to manage individual projects on your own liaising with external partners, agencies, suppliers and internally with other departments and international group companies

-. Strong organizational skills, work pro-actively, pay close attention to details and stay friendly and foucsd even when under pressure.

-. Fluent in English and Korean

-. Excellent research, analysis, synthesis, report drafting, and presentation skills

-. Capable of managing multiple projects/tasks at the same time and the ability to learn fast

-. Strong time management, analysis, negotation and interpersonal skills

-. Strong communication skills, written and oral presenation.

-. Flexible and able to work in fast-paced environment.


Salary

-. SGD3K to SGD5K (Depending On Experience)
