업무내용

-Provide customer service to Sales team & Channel Partners
-Accountable for communication in terms of order processing, invoice tracking, returns, claims & query resolution
-Acquire in depth knowledge of company's business & sales programs
-Learn & adhere to related procedures
-Manage incoming orders & returns process
-Work directly with partners/ customers & internal departments on issue resolution

자격요건

-Degree holder with minimum 2 years of experience in order management/ customer service
-Experience working with Korean markets
-Fluent in Business English and Korean for communication
-SAP knowledge advantageous

근무환경

월급 $4500까지 지급

Central에 위치

업무시간 09:00-18:00
