In line with our growth, we are inviting motivated individuals to join our team. |We are looking for - Operations officer Job Responsibilities (Common) - Responsible for all reservation process, response to reservation inquiries via phone, e-mail and websites. - Check for duplicate bookings and guest history before processing reservations - Provide efficient processing of reservations support work related to pricing, ticketing and schedule changes - Addressing customers feedbacks and complaints - Perform service recovery and prepare service reports - Ensure that reservations with special service requests and/or special billing is communicated to the appropriate departments - Handles adhoc duties/reports assigned by the superiors Job Requirement (Common) -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Personal Services, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent. - At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Fresh graduate welcome as long as the person is willing to learn. - Applicants must speak fluent Korean. - Applicants must be willing to work in TANJONG PAGAR. - Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service, Human Resources or equivalent.. - Full-Time and Contract position available.
