| 내용 | Chaingi South에 있는 MNC에서 아래와 같이 한국인 직원을 채용하고자 하오니, 관심있으신 분들은 아래 이메일로 영문이력서를 제출해주시기 바랍니다. sweetcorna@yahoo.com.sg Principal Purpose of Job: The objective of this role is to manage the materials flow for both inbound and outbound shipments to and from the Asia Pacific Region, in support of a major automotive customer’s worldwide manufacturing plants. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinates delivery schedules and other daily supply chain activities • Verify accuracy of ASN and updating status in the system • Maintain accurate supplier and part information in the system • Maintain accurate route template in the system • Maintain timely and accurate system transactions • Maintain continuity, to provide 24/7 coverage • Point of contact for Customer, Suppliers and Service Providers within this network • Proactive customer relationship management • To create and maintain a good and close working relationship with both internal and external parties • Exception management including premium transportation management • Provide other analytical and administrative support to the contact manager and or supervisor Education & Experience : • Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or Information Technology • Minimum 1 –2 years working experience preferably in the Shipping and or Freight Forwarding industry Skills / Competencies: • Ability to communicate findings • Effective and fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean. • Broad range of computer skills – database, spreadsheet, statistics applications and other logistics software packages • Able to work in a team, as well as independently • Overtime and shift work should be expected due to time zone differences | ||
