| 내용 | 안녕 하세요! 회사의 HR을 대신하여 광고를 올립니다. 미국 MNC인 RCI Asia Pacific에서 콜센터 근무하실 Japanese Speaking을 구인하고 있습니다. 혹시 친구분이나 아시는 분중에서 일자리를 찾고 계시는 영어가 유창한 일본분 혹은 한국분이시면서 일본어와 영어를 모두 유창하게 구사하시는 분이 있으시다면 아래의 내용을 살펴보시고 추천 부탁 드리며, 더 자세한 내용은 아래의 이메일로 연락 하시면 됩니다. 감사 합니다. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 구인 분야: Vacation Consultant - Japanese Speaking (Call Center) Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell travel-related products and services (e.g. current promotions and travel services) to RCI members Assist our members in planning their holiday destination through telephone calls and responsible for meeting assigned monthly sales targets Act in a responsive manner to provide alternative choices and meeting members’ vacation needs Process member holiday transactions and accounts activity using the exchange system Key Requirements: Along with a diploma/degree and at least 2 - 3 years’ sales experience preferably from the travel-related industry or a call centre environment Excellent sales skills and demonstrated track record in meeting weekly/monthly targets Team player with effective customer service skills and ability to thrive under pressure Proficient in English and Japanese Only Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents need to apply Other Information Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm and alternate Sat 9am to 1pm.
