Elsie.Ang@aspentech.com This postion is prefer someone who can speak and write both English and Korean or someone who can speak and write both English and Chinese. ***The Customer Training team is a part of the Global Customer Support & Training (GCS&T) organization and is responsible for customer training sales and training administration. The Training Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in promoting training attendance by conducting telemarketing and e-mail campaigns for regional training classes. The Training Sales Coordinator is also responsible for coordination and administration of classroom and virtual training classes for Asia-Pacific customers. This includes managing all activities for designated classes from scheduling, instructor sourcing, training materials ordering, responding to customer inquiries, invoicing and post-training follow-up. This position is based in Singapore office. Responsibilities: Conduct telemarketing and e-mail campaigns to promote public training classes Follow-up on inbound training leads received through e-mail, web and phone Respond to customer requests and prepare proposals for selling private training classes Support the pre-sales effort for private training by assisting with the back-office contracting processes Capture accurate and complete information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Manage training administration activities such as scheduling classes, sourcing instructors, processing student registrations, sending acknowledgment and confirmation e-mails to students, submitting customer invoice requests, ordering and shipment of training materials, responding to customer inquiries, communicating with internal stakeholders and post-training follow-up Maintain current and accurate data and statuses for all Training Class and Student Registration records Collaborate with the Customer Care team to expeditiously handle customer training inquiries Provide top-notch customer service to external and internal customers Prepare weekly class status reports and telesales activity reports Participate in other projects and assignments as required Qualifications: College Degree Preferred – Marketing or Business related field Minimum of 2 years work experience in a customer facing role in a fast-paced high-tech environment Expert knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools used in training sales, administration and customer service Excellent customer service skills Excellent telephone sales personality skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Self-discipline and motivation to produce results with minimal supervision Strong attention to details and demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities Excellent planning, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills Strong analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skills Bilingual a plus – English and Korean or Chinese preferred |
