| 내용 |  Sheffield Offshore Services is a professional specialist recruitment organisation providing staffing and executive placement solutions to our clients across the globe, focusing on major Oil and Gas operations and international EPC companies. Recruitment Consultant We are looking for a Korean speaking recruitment consultant to join our team in Singapore for servicing and expanding our portfolio of Korean clients. The selected candidate will be based in the Singapore office for the first six months of the employment and then relocate back to Korea for setting up an office. Responsibilities: • Work collaboratively with clients, discussing their needs with them, both on the phone and face-to-face • Source, qualify and shortlist the most suitable candidates for each vacancy • Advise clients on interviewees feedback, attitude and outlook • Manage the job offer process, negotiating salary and benefit packages • Provide CV, interview and career advice to candidates • Interview candidates, both on an introductory level and for specific roles • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and candidates • Keep up-to-speed with market knowledge and commercial awareness through research and networking • Provide market insight and advice to employers • Work as part of a team to maximize commercial performance Requirements: • Minimum Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably working in a recruitment agency servicing clients in the Oil & Gas industry • Able to perform executive search activities independently to meet individual sales targets and business goals of the Company • Must be result-oriented with good customer service focus and highly self-motivated with good initiative • Familiarity with recruitment business market will be a strong advantage to fulfilling this role • Able to give a high level of work commitment with a positive mindset • Able to interact with all levels of people and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills • Must be able to work independently and a self-starter • Confident, result-oriented and able work well under pressure Interested applicants are required to submit their resume stating their current and expected salary together with a non-returnable photograph by 14 September 2013 to hr@sheffieldoffshore.net.
