| 내용 | 본 게시글은 한국촌과 관련이 없으며, 요청에 의해 게시되었음을 알려 드립니다. _______________________________________________________ [Responsibilities] Summary This position is responsible for evaluating risk, setting credit limits and monitoring customer’s financial condition and negotiating, when required, appropriate security instruments. This role is also required to manage and maintain the Asia Pacific credit portfolio by ensuring regular account review and analysis are reviewed and accounts operating above credit limit are reviewed timely Job Responsibilites · Responsible for a portfolio of Asia Pacific accounts consisting of distributors, re-seller and end customer accounts, as well as responsible for mitigating risk exposure · Complete detailed financial reviews that will assess the commercial and country risk and will be expected to participate in various process improvement projects to meet requirements · A critical role in the credit review of new and existing customer base, help to promote sales, increase revenue and reduce bad debts. It also has constant customer contact and requires a high level of customer service whilst at the same time protecting Company’s interests. It requires the ability to know what, and whom, to escalate credit issues as well as to evaluate customer risk and make security recommendations · Manage change requests on customers’ information and obtain relevant supporting documents whenever applicable · Manage accounts that are operating above credit limit and work with Collections team for recommendation to effect credit hold or review accounts · Provide regular metrics on SLA for account opening and update of change requests · Track metrics on account creation, review and country analysis reporting · Require communication with external customers, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Internal & External Audit, all individuals within Worldwide and other teams as necessary in the course of the role · Any other Projects as and when assigned [Requirements] · Diploma or degree holder in Accounting / Finance / Commerce with minimum 1 year of experience in credit team · Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability and confidence to operate at senior levels within Client and organizations · Good working knowledge of Credit and Risk management practices · Demonstrate ability to deal effectively and professionally in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment, as well as working independently to meet goals and deadlines will be highly desirable · Demonstrate competence with MS Outlook and MS Excel · Experience with SAP will be an added advantage · Proven ability to work within tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy · Flexible with working hours during specified key periods · A team player · Fluent in English and Korean (both written and spoken) is a pre-requisite for this job to liaise with clients [Company Overview] arvato is an internationally networked outsourcing providers.
