| 내용 | Job title: Licensing Operations Specialist (Contract position) 2 positions avalible Location: Microsoft Operations (Alexandra Road) Core Job Responsibilities: · Process Customers Contracts and Orders promptly to ensure 100% customer satisfaction · Ensure Service levels for contracts/orders processing meet or exceed Service Level Agreements. · Ensure execution of processes are in compliance to operational procedures · Attend to incoming customer enquiries via email/phone in a professional and courteous manner · Participate in Program/Process change related discussions. Learn new programs/process rollout from time-to-time. Job Requirements: · Demonstrated ability in working with region-wide cross-functional teams. · Experience with business processes and systems should include Order Processing, Customer Service and Data analysis · Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Korea · A Diploma/Bachelor’s degree with 2 or more years related experience in operations disciplines such as supply chain, business or finance · Experience in a high volume, rapidly changing environment · Strong problem solving and communications skills required Please send your resume to denise.chen@microsoft.com | ||
