| 내용 | ASYS Group Asia Pte Ltd ASYS, a leading German equipment manufacturer currently has openings in its ASYS Group - Korea office for the position of Service Engineer in the field of Solar and SMT. This position reports to the Service Manager. The person will be responsible for field service engineering on ASYS and EKRA brand label equipment in the Korea regions. The job requires providing customer oriented technical support to existing customers, training sales channels, maintaining stock of necessary spare-parts, resolving customer issues together with sales group.. You will play a key role in increasing the company’s market share & reputation by working on direct and indirect accounts, and communicating closely with headquarters in Germany and other sales regional offices. Service Engineer Job Responsibilities: • Corrective and preventive maintenance of customer equipment • Calibration of equipment • Troubleshooting and testing of equipment • Technical support to field customers Job Requirements: • Preferably a degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics with minimum 0-3 years field engineering experience. Diploma holders with more than 1 year relevant intensive experience will also be considered. • Additional experience in equipment development will be an added advantage. • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Korean. Knowledge of German language would be an added benefit. • A minimum 1 year of regional experience for the PCBA or Solar industry, but fresh graduates with right attitude may be considered. • Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact with senior management and regional sales partners alike. • A team player.
