Position: Demand Planner Responsible for overall forecasting, purchasing, & shipment and oversee LG and channel PSI operation. Provide all the analysis in order to manage S&OP well and follow up with sales & marketing team to ensure that proper planning procedures are being applied. Responsibilities: 1. Demand Planning & Analysis - Develop weekly / monthly PSI analysis report and communicate with Sales & Marketing to review sales and inventory status. - Use of PSI management system (GSCP, GDMI) to analyze sales forecast and delivery plan. 2. KPI Management - Monitor SFA/SPA/Channel PSI Coverage rate/DIO and analyze troubled area by model to improve KPI. - Publish weekly PSI KPI report to share the result and analysis. 3. Coordinate S&OP meeting - Collect forecast and pending issues from Sales & Marketing and verify to discuss during the meeting - Update and analyze channel PSI (Sell out analysis) and review overall forecasting 4. Managing EOL/NPI products - Be aware of PRM and keep track of EOL / NPI sales & inventory status. - Reflect into forecast 5. Inventory Management - Monitor and check Long term inventory and DIO regular basis to optimize inventory level 6. Monitoring shipment - Monitor shipment and shortage for respective product daily basis in order to reduce supply issue Requirements: Diploma in Business Administration or Logistics. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in SCM, Inventory planning, Order management. Excellent analytical/problem solving skills. Good interpersonal/communication attitude. Korean language skills (Optional) Strong analytical and planning skills Strong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint) A fast learner and a team player, who is able to work under pressure |
