| 내용 | Global Tax Free Pte. Ltd Established in 2005, Global Tax Free (Previously known as Tax Free Korea) is a Tax Refund company providing tax (GST) return to customers visiting from overseas. We are looking to hire someone for the position of: Working Hours: 9.00am -6.00pm (Mon- Fri) Report to: Country Manager Job Title: Business Admin/Accountant (Junior) Job Requirement: • Dip/ Degree holder in and discipline • Excellent spoken & written in English & Korean & Chinese (preferred) • Strong communication & interpersonal skills • Etiquette in handling customers phone call • Aggressive, self-motivated, possess initiative, and able to work under pressure • Be a problem solver, entrusted with handling customers’ enquiries and feedback to achieve win-win situation • To generate weekly / monthly customer report (TBD) • Play an integral role in communicate the needs and enquiries about the repair progress between customers and internal operation team • To coordinate and prepare with internal member for customers visit and audit • Responsible to monitor the progress of customers order / PO / Quotation/ Contracts • To assist Country Manager in any ac-hoc enquiries Prepare full sets of financial accounts and reports when required. Responsible for Year-end closing of the accounts. Liaise with auditors and bankers. Female preferred.
