Marketing Executives(Property Sales)
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for marketing and leasing of residential properties, and securing leases at competitive rates. You will identify potential tenants, perform cold calls, conduct site viewings, negotiate and review lease documentations.
Requirements:
• Degree in Real Estate / Economics / Marketing or its equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales and marketing in real estate industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
