| 내용 | Position 1 - IT Manager (Korean Speaking) Responsibilities - ITO QAO (Quality Assurance Officer) - Provide ITSM Guide and Training - ITO Standard Process Setup for SEAsia - ITO Standard Process Training - ITO KPI Measurement - Related System Configuration/Maintenance - Service Desk manager - Manage/Monitor Service Calls for SEAsia - Measure and improve Service Desks KPI Requirements - Degree in Information Technology or equivalent (Major in Quality Assurance) - At least 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates with team lead experience will be added advantage - ITIL Certified - Fluent in spoken and written English - Korean Speaking is a MUST ====================================================================== Position 2 - Web Consultant (MCS) Responsibilities: - ITSS regional support for web systems - Responsible to handle service request and system troubleshooting - Develop web applications and integrate it with the backend system Requirements: - Degree in Information Technology or equivalent - 3 ~ 5 years experiences on web development, system analysis - Strong knowledge on web technologies : C#.NET, MS-SQL DB, XML, Ajax, etc - Proficient in both spoken and written English ====================================================================== Position 3 - Web Consultant (GSBN) Responsibilities: - ITSS regional support for web systems - Responsible to handle service request and system troubleshooting (ITSM) - Coordinate issues between HQ development center and subsidiaries Requirements: - Degree in Information Technology or equivalent - At least 3 years experience on web development, system analysis - Strong knowledge on technologies : Java, XML, EDI, ITSM etc - Proficient in both spoken and written English ====================================================================== Position 4 - SAP SD Consultant Responsibilities: - ITSS regional support for SAP systems (Mainly G-ERP SD) - Responsible to handle service request and system troubleshooting - Debug SAP CBO program and understand ERP concept among the other modules - Able to understand sales & marketing concept Requirements: - Degree in Information Technology or equivalent - At least 3 years experience in Service IT - Proficient in SAP SD and ABAP programming - Proficient in both spoken and written English ====================================================================== Position 5 - SAP FI Consultant Responsibilities: - ITSS regional support for SAP systems.
