Renewable to 2 years - Gender : No preference - Nationality : No preference - Location : Kaki Bukit, East - Normal work hours or Shift hours? 8 Shift hours (Work 2 days Off 1 Day) JOB DESCRIPTION KEY ACCOUNTABILITY You will be responsible to facilitate the smooth operation of desktop/network support services in a MNC environment. RESPONSIBILITIES • Provision of initial response to the first call through telephone or e-mail, and consistently following up on tickets opened in the call management system till closure. • Identification and analysis of technical problems as well as troubleshooting for desktop/network-system • Proactively update customers with call status and resolution progress • Liaise with 2nd Line Technical Support Team and partners on specific open calls ensuring no call is left unattended beyond SLA • Fulfill customer service objectives by responding to customer requests within standard service level REQUIREMENTS • Preferably Diploma/Certificate in Information Technology field • Experience in Desktop Management is preferred. • Ability to understand and perform processes-related tasks. • Flexibility to perform shift-work including working on Public Holidays and weekends. (Only Day shift) • Preferably relevant call centre experience and customer handling expertise |
