Gentlemen, 

 

THF is pleased to announce we will be offering an Open Men's League Practice for anyone interested every Thursday Night from 7pm to 9pm. This practice will be run by THF's Professional Coaching Staff and will be geared for both advanced and beginner players. 

 

These practices will provide players the reps they need to stay sharp for their weekend games, but it will also be a great way to meet and bond with your fellow league-mates. A sample practice plan would look like this: 

 

7:00pm -- Meet and Greet 

7:05pm -- Dynamic Warm Up

7:15pm -- Throwing Progression

7:30pm -- Infield/Outfield Drills and Bullpens for Pitchers and Catchers

7:50pm -- Hitting Drills on Tee and Instruction

8:10pm -- Batting Practice

8:50pm -- Clean up 

9:00pm -- Close 

 

Again, this will be a great way to improve your skills with help from quality coaching and a way to get to know some more guys. 

 

It's just 2 hours a week, for only $15 per hour; plus, it's pay-as-you-go, so you only pay for the sessions you attend. Please reply to this email if you are interested!
