You can now find many Korean Restaurants in town to enjoy your favorite dishes, but how about getting to know to cook a few? I would like to invite anyone with interest in cooking Korean food, and will be opening a class starting July 22nd.  The focus of the class will be on the cooking of Korean cuisine, but will also be adding some information on where to shop for the ingredients, and also on nutritional facts.  I am a licensed “Crafts Cook” in Korean food & bread making in Korea, and also have 7 years of University lecture experience in the field of nutrition.
Anybody with interest to Korean food is welcome to the class, and all you will need during the class is passion to learn

Day 4: August 12th, 10:00 ~ 12:00
        Jabchae (Sweet potato noodles with meat, mushrooms, and vegetables)
        Cucumber Kimchi
        Soy bean paste soup(Doenjangguk)
        Lunch time(12:00 ~ 12:30)

Number of persons per class: 4 ~ 6 persons
Duration per class: 2~3 hours
Class fee: $50 per class
