- Utility Bills (Electricity, Water & Gas) on cost sharing basis. Average $100/room.

- Fully Furnished with shared living hall furniture, washer, dryer, dining table, sofa.

- Furnishing of room, e.g Queensize beds and desk can be negotiated.

Managed by an established Property Management Company with good track record.
