Dallas-based Pegasus Solutions is a leading global provider of hotel reservations-related services and technology. Its services include central reservations systems; electronic distribution services; travel agent commission processing and payment services; the Utell business; and PegasusCentral(tm), a Web-based enterprise solution with property management applications. Position: Reservations Agent – Korean and English speaking Reporting to the Reservations Supervisor, you will mainly service the Korean Market. Your job duties are to obtain and transact all telephone requests for hotel accommodation such as hotel reservation, amendment and cancellation of existing reservation as requested. You are expected to be sales oriented so that calls can be converted into reservations. You will also be responsible to perform telemarketing of special promotions on our products and services to Travel Agents/ clients at local, regional and corporate level. You should at least have a GCE N/ O level qualification or its equivalent; fluent in Korean and English. You are expected to be PC literate and possess good communication skills. It will be advantageous if you have relevant working experience in the call centre preferably in the hospitality industry.
