| 내용 | Job title: Native Korean Speaking CSR Short Job Summary: Handling enquries and problems from Korean clients. Job Description: 1 To answer and diagnose incoming service calls from large multi-national customers in a timely, professional, accurate and courteous manner. 2 To assess and communicate customer requirements to ensure customer satisfaction. 3 To ensure resolution of problems for cases which need 2 line support 4 To provide Reason for outage report to customers. 5 To perform initial diagnostics and take action to correct problems. 6 To provide technical support and assistance as required. 7 To identify, resolve, and report data network and product anomalies. 8 To create, track, and escalate service inquiry tickets through resolution for customers in a timely manner.
