About the Role:

This role will be responsible for the day to day HR & Administrative operations of the our R&D business entity in Singapore. Incumbent will serves as a trusted partner and advisor to both our employees & Management, will work closely with the extended teams from HR, Finance and shared services team to support the organization. This role reports to Function Leads and will have 2 members that is directly responsible for Office Administration and IT reporting to the incumbent

Qualifications & Skills

• A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance or Human Resources management or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in HR, with Office Administration and Finance related responsibilities or equivalent exposures
• Strong operational skills with an eye for detail and comfortable to provide support in administrative and finance related duties, employee communications and organizing employees activities and events.
• Ability to work independently with high level of commitment and resilience and versatility
• Resourceful, organized with result-oriented mindset. Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
• Experience with using the Workday system will an added advantage
• Ability to converse and write in Korean is an added advantage as this position will be required to work closely with HR & Engineering team based in Korea.
