We are pleased to announce a job opening for the position of B2B Sales Executive at CJ Food.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing key business accounts, driving sales growth, and expanding our B2B customer base through strong relationship-building and strategic sales initiatives. Job Responsibilities:

Manage relationships with existing Key Accounts to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Identify, develop and secure new customers to contribute to company’s sales targets and growth.

Develop, negotiate and execute customised marketing and promotion strategies to meet client needs and achieve revenue objectives.

Collaborate closely with supply chain teams to support promotions, campaigns, and product launches.

Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights.

Responsible for new product listing and its strategic promotion planning.

Handle consumer complaints and resolve them effectively.

Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present forecasts to management.

Analyse data and prepare relevant reports for management decision making.

Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

 

Required Skills:

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in food sales industry.

Possess minimum Diploma in Business Administration or relevant course.

Ability to articulate product and/or value offerings.

Good in computer skills, particularly excel skills.

Ability to gather and use data to make inform decision making and persuade others.

Proven skills to communicate, present and influence credibly and efficiently to external and internal partners.

Positive, motivated attitude.Ability to work independently, effectively managing time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.
