Job Responsibilities

Risk Management

•              Monitor and report risk limit, risk indicators/measures

•              Conduct risk assessment to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities across the organization

•              Prepare risk management reports to senior management and stakeholders

•              Prepare Risk Management Committee material

•              Oversee Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and incident management.

•              Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirement and internal

•              Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirement and internal

Policies

•              Facilitate Risk projects/initiatives (e.g. Environmental Risk, Technology Risk, Outsourcing/Third Party Risk)

•              Assist with procedure management and other administrative support as needed

•              Participate in internal audits and inspections

Technology Risk Management (TRM) / IT:

•              Collaborate with IT and Security teams to ensure effective implementation of technology risk management strategies and initiatives // to ensure compliance with regulatory requirement and internal policies

•              Provide training on risk awareness and best practices

Requirement

• Knowledge and understanding of derivatives, securities, and related product
• Deep understanding of Capital markets and risk management regulations (Basel Ⅲ)
• Holders of financial certifications such as CFA and FRM. etc
• Must be proficient in Korean to effectively liaise with Korean counterparts and clients, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of business needs
