| 내용 | Dallas-based Pegasus Solutions is a leading global provider of hotel reservations-related services and technology. Its services include central reservations systems; electronic distribution services; travel agent commission processing and payment services; the Utell business; and PegasusCentral(tm), a Web-based enterprise solution with property management applications. Position: Reservations Agent – Korean and English speaking RA102003 Reporting to the Reservations Supervisor, you will mainly service Korean Markets. Your job duties are to obtain and transact all telephone requests for hotel accommodation such as hotel reservation, amend and cancel existing reservation as requested. You are expected to be sales oriented so that calls can be converted into reservations. You will also be responsible to perform telemarketing of special promotions on our products and services to Travel Agents/ clients at local, regional and corporate level. You should be at least at GCE N/ O or equivalent to the same level, be fluent in Korean and English. You are expected to be PC literate and possess good communication skills. It will be advantageous if you have relevant working experience in the frontline customer servicing, preferably in the hospitality industry. This job requires day shift, works on alternative Saturday and follows South Korea public holiday.
