1. Passenger Account Sales Position 

• Keen Interest in the future of Aviation & Tourism industry 
• Highly motivated, independent & responsible. Presentable with a pleasant disposition
• Relevant diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality or Aviation preferred
• Basic airline ticketing knowledge prefered
• High English and Korean language efficiency   

Job Scope: 

• Responsible for passenger sales. 
• To generating leads and achieving sales target for company’s revenue.  
• Building and maintaining relationship with travel agents / product managers / corporate clients, helping agency increase sales with our airline
• Identify avenues for new products in order to generate more sales
• Supporting agents and ensuring that ticketing regulations are being complied  

The above among other duties that may entail with the evolving environment

1. Airline Ambassador 

• Keen interest in the future of Aviation & Tourism Industry 
• Cheerful and Pleasant disposition 
• Relevant diploma in Sales, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality or Aviation preferred
• Proficient in MS applications, Adobe & Photoshop 
• Basic airline ticketing knowledge prefered
• High English and Korean language efficiency   

Job scope: 

• Managing airline’s service counter, attending to both Korean and local enquiries. 
• To assist with the social media account of the company
• Assist with ticketing duties 
• Assist with the office functionality 
• Assist with agency enquiry and customer retention
