We are inviting candidates for the position of:

 

HR Admin Assistant

Reporting to the Regional Human Resource Manager, the HR Admin Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for employees, and will assist in carrying out HR administration functions that are in line with Cheil Singapore’s business objectives.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • In charge of the Company’s overall administrative support of onboarding and offboarding duties include but not limited to:
  • Assist in Talent acquisition, On-boarding/Off-boarding admin duties such as letter preparation, orientation, work pass applications etc.
  • Assist to prepare HR Orientation to all new employees.
  • Maintain and update up-to-date P files including all correspondences and keep other required documents safely.
  • Assist employees’ requests and provide relevant information
  • Assist in filing of documents
  • Manage and update HR records as new hires, terminations etc.
  • Assist on conducting reference checks
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Desired Experience & Skills:

  • At least 1 year of HR administration experience
  • Diploma in Human Resource / Business (Administration/Management)
  • People oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Familiar with local employment practices
  • Able to prioritize and plan work to manage competing demands
  • Keen attention to details and ability to multi-task is a must
  • Cheerful & fun-loving disposition
  • Good team player
